An elegant white wine that ferments and matures in French oak barrels for 11 months, during which it undergoes bâtonnage and is further refined in the bottle for a few months. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas reminiscent of green apples and pears, complemented by citrus notes.

This is an exquisite and elegant wine with aging potential, suitable for enjoying year-round and for special occasions.

VINIFICATION:

The wine is made from organic grapes, cultivated with sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. The harvest is carried out manually, ensuring a careful selection of the best grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery under refrigeration to maintain freshness and preserve their natural aromas.

WINE PRODUCTION PROCESS:

At the winery, the grapes undergo a delicate pressing of whole berries, a method that extracts the juice while maintaining the integrity of the flavors and varietal characteristics. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels over 11 months, during which bâtonnage is performed to enhance complexity and texture.

LIMITED PRODUCTION:

A limited production of 700 bottles.
